Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

At Two Sisters Tea, we strive to ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible. You will receive an estimated delivery time once your order is placed.

Our team makes every effort to process and ship your order within 7 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays and holidays.

It's important to remember that delivery times begin from the date of shipping, not the date of your order, so please use them as a general guideline.

Please be aware that delivery times are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Shipping 

We ship items via USPS.

General

All orders are subject to product availability.

If an item is temporarily out of stock when you place your order, don't worry. We'll promptly notify you and provide a full refund using the original payment method.

Delivery Location

Currently, our products are available for delivery exclusively to addresses in the continental US. We also welcome orders from international customers, provided they are shipping to addresses within the continental US. We're actively working to expand our reach, and we hope to serve customers around the world in the near future.

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship outside of the continental US.

Return Policy

To meet the requirements of Google Merchant Center, we have implemented a return policy for your convenience:

  • Default Return Policy: Our default return policy allows customers to make returns for up to at least 30 days from the delivery date. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return.

  • Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges on ordered products.

Please note that our return policies may vary based on the product or category. Rest assured, we aim to provide a hassle-free return experience for our valued customers.
